Casinos pay $32.8 million to state for slots - 2004-01-16
Connecticut's two casinos gave over $30 million to the state from their December slot machine revenues, bringing the sum to more than $200 million dollars in the past six months.

Mohegan Sun contributed $16.5 million from slot revenues of $66 million, while Foxwoods Resort Casino gave $13.7 million from slot revenues of $54.6 million.

In December 2002, the two casinos combined contributed $29.1 million to the state for their slot machine wins.
