Rapid City man nabbed for casino robbery - 2004-01-20
Police say a 32-year-old Rapid City man has been charged with first-degree burglary, resisting arrest and escape in connection with an armed burglary at
a Rapid City casino Thursday afternoon.

Richard Bonner was arrested at a Rapid City home and was jailed pending a preliminary court appearance that's expected tomorrow.

Police say they are still looking for several items related to the heist: a black and silver pellet pistol, some video lottery receipts and checks written to the casino.

No good casino plans in works - 2004-01-20
No one, except the Jena Band of Choctaws, who have a reasonable profit motive, can give us any rational reason for yet another gambling venue in Louisiana.
