Benefits dicey, but Kansans want casinos - 2004-01-31 Gov. Kathleen Sebelius is proposing the widest expansion of casino gambling since the frontier days. And Kansas voters seem to be willing to go along by about a 2-1 ratio , according to a new Wichita Eagle/KWCH 12 Eyewitness News poll.
