Woolsey, Vara debate RP casino - 2004-02-01
Rep. Lynn Woolsey and Renn Vara debated the planned Rohnert Park casino Saturday in their first and maybe only joint appearance before the March 2 Democratic primary.

Vara said residents felt "sold out" and questioned Woolsey's commitment to blocking plans for the casino.

"I hear a lot of things she claims she's doing ... but there's not a soul in Rohnert Park who believes her," Vara said.
