Flint makes bid for proposed Romulus casino - 2004-02-11
Another city is making a proposal to the group that wants to develop a casino here, but it looks like things will stay in the Downriver city.

Flint wants the Sault Ste. Marie tribe of Chippewa Indians to bring its proposed casino there, and will put an advisory question before voters Aug. 3.

Romulus still appears to have the inside track, though.
