Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, Inc. revealed today
that it has entered into an exclusivity agreement with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners III, L.P. ("DLJMB"), an affiliate of Credit Suisse First Boston ("CSFB"), in connection with DLJMB's planned $400 million investment to fund a comprehensive recapitalization of the Company.

DLJMB's proposed investment is in the form of common equity and will, if consummated, result in a substantial deleveraging of the Company's balance sheet.

Reno men's club faces legal hurdles over proposed move - 2004-02-12
A strip club wants to relocate closer to the Golden Phoenix casino, but its' management has requested the city council to delay a vote on the issue until March.

That's because The Men's Club is aware that there are legal concerns over their proposal.

The Men's Club has to re-locate because of the train trench project, but they want to move to a vacant downtown building that isn't zoned for a strip club.
