Friday the 13th Lucky for Slot Player - 2004-02-13
Friday the thirteenth was hardly unlucky for an international visitor to the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Early this morning, the 49-year old woman, who wanted to remain anonymous, won $10.2 million on Nevada Megabucks.
She said she played $20 on the machine before the three Megabucks symbols clicked into place. And while she was surprised by the jackpot, it wasn't entirely unexpected. She said that two weeks ago, she dreamed that she won a lot of money and this morning, she had felt the winning machine was calling out to her.
