Trump seeks debt relief in $400M. deal - 2004-02-13
An investment bank has consented to pump $400 million of much needed cash into Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, a move that would relegate Donald Trump to minority shareholder and lessen his control.

The recapitalization includes a proposed refinancing of $1.8 billion in high-interest debt, a modified board of directors and a name change to Trump International Corp.

The deal would substantially de-leverage Trump Hotels' balance sheet and provide funds for a company that last year used 85 percent of its cash flow to service debt.

The 14th SIPit, like other SIPit’s before it, is testing the SIP functionality of SIP User Agents, proxy servers, software, phones, IP gateways, voice mail systems, protocol testers, etc. This is being done in peer-to-peer tests and some multi-party tests, with over 30 percent of the SIP implementations here being completely new products.
