In a slip last week Sky City chief executive Evan Davies compared the company's $220 million purchase of Darwin Casino to Sky City's other assets, mentioning the Christchurch Casino which was "approximately the same size" as Darwin.

CasiNO campaign victorious by 2-1 margin - 2004-02-17 Dane County residents rejected a Ho-Chunk Nation plan to convert the DeJope Bingo Hall into a casino by approximately a 2-1 margin Tuesday.
Votes against the casino totaled 95,530, 64 percent of all votes, while those for the casino made up 51,543 votes, 36 percent of the total.
