The Executive Committee of the Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians of the Colusa Indian Community has approved a resolution against the Butte County tribe's request to the federal government to take 40 acres into trust in Yuba County. New site for casino is sought - 2004-02-19 The Ho-Chunk Nation's search for a location for its fourth Wisconsin casino will continue, tribal officials say, after voters resoundingly rejected the tribe's plan to place the facility in Madison.
The tribe has a list of other communities where the casino plan could go next, Ho-Chunk business director Jim Webster said Wednesday.
