The Dubuque Greyhound Park and Casino is developing its expansion plan -- just in case.

The Iowa Legislature is debating a proposal that would permit Iowa's racetrack casinos to operate table games such as blackjack and roulette.

The nonprofit license holder of the casino says it would add another 6,000 square feet if table games are allowed.
