$36M SunCruz Deal Approved - 2004-02-21 SunCruz Casinos will have new ownership at the end of March if an agreement approved by a bankruptcy judge in West Palm Beach is signed as expected. Ocean Casino Cruises Inc. will pay $36.1 million to gain control of the Dania Beach-based gambling ship firm. The company is a group of investors, including the nephew of SunCruz founder Gus Boulis. It plans to close on the deal, approved by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Paul Hyman, on March 31.
