Mountain Resorts Lose Casino Gamble - 2004-02-24 Several players put their bets on a roulette table in Crans Montana's casino. A few more try their luck at blackjack, and only a handful of the 120 slot machines are being used. But managing director Timothy Cullimore is not concerned.
Cullimore says, the casino counts up to 1,000 visitors a night and even in the low season at least 150 people pass through its doors. They are mostly locals who have made the short trip to Crans Montana from nearby towns in the valley below.

Dooley Supports A Casino In Lemay - 2004-02-24 St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley said Monday that he supported the casino planned for Lemay. "I can see myself supporting Lemay," Dooley stated in an interview. "It gives life to an area that has been underdeveloped."
