Casino No. 2 for Barstow? - 2004-02-25 An Anaheim-based developer revealed plans Tuesday for a $200 million Indian casino resort on the southern border of the city, quite near the location of a similar proposal.
Howard Palmer, president of Superior Development Inc., said his project would bring about 1,800 to 2,000 jobs to Barstow. Palmer said it would include an 82,000-square-foot Indian casino, a hotel, a convention center and a museum, retail shops, a miniature golf course and a nightclub. TEXT-Moody's affirms Station Casino's existing ratings - 2004-02-25 Moody's Investors Service gave a B1 rating to Station Casinos, Inc.'s ("Station") $350 million 6.875% senior subordinated notes due 2016 and confirmed the company's present ratings.
The notes are offered pursuant to Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933. Proceeds from the new note offering will be used to tender for $357.2 million of the company's $375 million 9.875% senior subordinated notes due 2010. The rating outlook is still stable. Read the full story at Forbes |
