Managers of the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow are negotiating to build the world-class casino on the Clyde as part of a £350 million regeneration plan.

opposition group Citizens Exposing Truth About Casinos in August, but has yet to make a ruling on the case.
