Lottery foresees $160 million less from video slots - 2004-02-04
The West Virginia Lottery projects racetrack video lottery proceeds will drop by $160 million in two years if neighboring states legalize the machines at their tracks.

Pennsylvania is expected to install video slots at its racetracks by next January, Lottery Deputy Director Virgil Helton informed the Senate Finance Committee Wednesday. Maryland and Ohio are also contemplating legalization.
