Wimbledon Stadium could be converted into a Las Vegas-style gambling complex following its sale to one of America's largest casino operators.
On Tuesday last week it was revealed that owners Wembley were selling to Las Vegas-based MGM Mirage for £270 million.
The US gaming corporation now reportedly plans to build a giant casino, slot machine emporium and hotel development on the 14-acre site in Plough Lane.
It is believed that weekly greyhound races would still take place under the plans.
