State, casino developers agree on lease for D'Ibervlle site - 2004-02-07
State and casino developers have agreed on a lease for a gaming house location in D'Iberville.

Secretary of State Eric Clark stated Thursday that the lease deal was reached for public tidelands where the casino will be situated.

Tidelands are any land subject to the ebb and flow of the tide. The greatest revenue from the tidelands has been from leases with casinos along the Gulf Coast.
