Tribe's Casino Plans Uncertain - 2004-02-09 Although the Cowlitz Tribe is rumored to be planning a casino in north Clark County, the tribe's intentions for a 150 acre site by LaCenter are still uncertain even as a key meeting with county officials approaches Tuesday.
