Casino opponents file lawsuit against Governor Kulongoski - 2004-03-10 Opposers of a tribal casino planned for the coastal town of Florence have taken legal action against Governor Kulongoski in an effort to block its development.
The group People Against a Casino Town filed the lawsuit yesterday in Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene.
