Isle of Capri Casinos refutes Goldstein allegations - 2004-03-20
Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. is refuting published allegations that CEO Bernard Goldstein was persuaded from business in Illinois because of a 1993 gaming violation.

Isle of Capri and Mr. Goldstein have been coming under fire since the gaming board picked the business as the winning bidder to run a new Illinois casino. The ruling has sparked controversy because of the proposed casino's site -- Rosemont.

Maxey brothers wager $5 million on Detroit renewal - 2004-03-20
The Maxey brothers are putting a $5 million wager that the Motor City is slowly eventually turning the corner.
