RiverStone wins final council OK - 2004-03-08 RiverStone Group obtained final approval Monday night for its sand and gravel pit on Big Island, clearing the way for Jumer's Casino Rock Island to relocate from the Mississippi River shoreline to Interstate 280 and Illinois 92.
