Isle of Capri Casino Officials Respond To Illinois Jabs with Financial Proof - 2004-04-02
Isle of Capri officials said the Biloxi-based company is financially solid, responding to criticism from Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan that the Isle may have difficulty paying for new projects like its proposed Chicago area casino.

The Isle has over $1 billion in debt. Over the past two years, the company has made aggressive steps, spending $210 million on casino expansions, purchasing two small casinos overseas and disclosing plans to construct two destination casinos in the United Kingdom.

June 8th debut planned for new Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort - 2004-04-02
