On any other Saturday, Diane Herring would be injecting her money into slots at Casino Windsor.
"Everyone’s lining up at the tables, and you can’t even get in,” explained Joel Leib, 63, of West Bloomfield, who was failed to find a $5 table while his wife worked the slots.
The weekends are the busiest time for the Detroit casinos, but Saturday there was an uptick of gamblers, revealed Jay Dee Clayton, executive vice president of operations at MGM Grand.
