Tribe seeks OK from judge to relaunch KCK casino - 2004-04-06 The Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma has asked a federal judge to permit its Kansas City, Kan., casino to re-launch while it appeals the government ruling that closed the casino's doors on April 2.

Pechanga descendants seek acceptance from tribe - 2004-04-06 An Arizona man who won a federal lawsuit against Temecula's casino-rich Pechanga Band of Luiseno Mission Indians has partnered with other Pechanga descendants in a campaign to influence the tribe into removing a moratorium on enrolling new members.
